We completed the first group ride this past Saturday, April 6, 2019 with five riders, beautiful weather, and wonderful roads. But the true highlight was that Rick Del Rio (second from the right) joined us. This was his first ride after battling stage-4 cancer, removal of the malignancy in his lung, removal of three ribs, followed by intense rounds of meds. Rick was the first clergy person responder to the 9/11 attack. About a year ago, he received devastating news and here he was cancer-free riding his cherished Harley again. Truly a miracle. I could not think of a better way to start the riding season.
